If you call this number by mistake, do not close the line, you should tell the emergency service that everything is okay. Otherwise the emergency Service will try to know your place to send help.

You can call urgent medical aid 15 in the following cases:

  • Urgent medical need.
  • Falling into a coma.
  • Bleeding.
  • Chest pain.
  • Difficulty in breathing
  • Stopped breathing
  • Poisoning

You can call the police emergency number 17 in the following cases:

  • Cases of violence.
  • Assault.
  • Handbag theft.
  • Robbery.

    Try to give as much details as possible when calling the police: describe the aggressor, the vehicle, the way they fled, etc.

    If the situation does not require an urgent action from the police, you should not call the number 17, but it would be better to go to  the nearest police station.

You can call Firefighters 18 , in the following cases:

  • The outbreak of fire
  • Gas leak
  • The danger of roof collapse
  • Suffering from Burns
  • Short circuit.
  • A road accident
